New World School Of The Arts To Present Autumn Dance Ensemble

New World School of the Arts students will present their Autumn Dance Ensemble on Nov. 18 and 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the school’s downtown dance theater, located at 25 N.E. 2nd St.

The dance ensemble will perform a mixture of ballet and modern dance, with classical compositions by percussionist Tigger Benford as well as modern music.

Both high school and college students are set to perform professionally choreographed dances assembled by faculty at NWSA as well as guest choreographers such as Sean Curran and Darshan Singh Bhuller.

This event is part of their regular performance season, giving audiences who missed it this past spring a chance to see it this fall.

General admission is $10 and tickets can be purchased at nwsa.mdc.edu.
