The Idea Center will host a free mindfulness workshop on June 5 at noon through Zoom, a video communications app.
The workshop will use mindfulness techniques to help attendees develop emotional intelligence, which can help them better handle overloaded schedules and achieve mental clarity.
It is being hosted by Suzanne Jewell, a mindfulness coach for The Mindful Entrepreneur.
