Keeping Up With The Kardashians Coming To An End After 14 Years

Let’s face it, whether you are a Kardashian fan or not, we’ve all seen an episode of their show or at least a meme about them that gave us a good laugh.

On Sept. 8, the family released a statement on Instagram announcing that Keeping Up With the Kardashians will end in early 2021 after 14 years and 20 seasons. They leave us with memories that include tears, drama, babies being born, glow-ups, humor, and lavish vacations.

The reality TV show premiered in 2007 and quickly became a stalwart for E! Entertainment. It has given some of the most quotable and iconic moments in television history.

In honor of the show coming to an end, let’s reminisce about some of the family’s top moments:

  • “Kim, there’s people that are dying.” (Season 6, Episode 11)

After the family goes on vacation, Kim is thrown into the ocean and immediately shouts: “My diamond earring!” as she realizes one of her earrings is missing. As she continues to sob, her sister Kourtney fires back, “Kim, there’s people that are dying.” Gets me laughing every time. Indeed, a trademark of the show.

  • “She is the least exciting to look at.” (Season 15, Episode 1)

While the two sisters argue over a photoshoot, Kim tells Kourtney: “She is the least exciting to look at.” Apply cold water to that burn, Kourt. Drama was a constant theme, but the family showed the world that they may fight once in a while, but remaining loyal to each other is what’s truly important.

  • “Kim, would you stop taking photos of yourself? Your sister is going to Jail.” (Season 3, Episode 1)

As Khloé Kardashian heads to jail for a probation violation related to her 2007 DUI arrest, Kim snaps various selfies, giving us a timeless Kris Jenner quote. This one is definitely one for the books, a moment that has stayed forever with us.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians skyrocketed the family to fame and has brought them tons of opportunities along the way like beauty lines, modeling careers, websites, and fashion brands. It is safe to say although the show is coming to an end, we will never get rid of this family.

While fans are ready to say goodbye to the show, some have already speculated spin-off shows each member of the family might have in store.
