Fight To Save Humanity: Captain America: Civil War takes viewers on an engaging and adventurous battle as political pressure divide The Avengers and they fight to defend humanity.

Captain America: Civil War is a film that is sure to keep you at the edge of your seat. Directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, the sci-fi adventure film is filled with action, laughs, and heartache.

The movie picks up right where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Captain America (Chris Evans) leads the new team of Avengers through their efforts to keep humanity safe. However, because of the continuous collateral damage, the team is no longer humanities’ favorite heroes. After another international issue, the team is put under political pressure to give up control of the Avengers, creating a divide within the crime fighting team.

For a couple weeks, the hashtag “Team Cap” and “Team Ironman” was trending all across the internet. As you watch the film, you can certainly understand why Captain America and Ironman (Robert Downey Jr.) have a disagreement. Both sides are just looking out for the Avengers and humanity. As you listen to each side of the story and witness how the two are handling the situation, you can certainly feel the tension and understand both sides. This film really makes the audience think about what should be done. As you see what is being decided, there are certainly pros and cons.

The film featured most of the Avengers, including the new recruits from other films. However, trailers boosted fan excitement when it was announced that  Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) were going to be in the new film. Computer Generated Imagery  was used for some heroes. Spider-Man was obviously one of them. Although it was great to see Spider-Man, it was a bit too much CGI for the film.

Computer Generated Imagery was also used for Ironman (whose alias is Tony Stark). In the scene, Stark is presenting a project he has been working on to an auditorium filled with MIT students. The project was a set of glasses that allow the user to replay a memory and alter it. Stark displayed a personal memory from when he was a college student himself. During that memory, CGI was used to make Downey Jr. look younger, and it worked tremendously. Personally, I thought it was makeup, but CGI was mostly used for the scene.

Captain America: Civil War is one of the most successful Captain America and Avenger films to be released. The fact that the audience can feel the emotion between the conflicting characters is incredible and makes the film very engaging.
